I've been checking out eBay to see if I can get a cheap copy of the Expert rules.

Either they only ship to the States, or they want some ridiculous price for the ruleset.

Fortunately I have two copies of LL and a copy of the basic set.

It's worth checking local used bookstores. I managed to find two copies of the Basic & Expert rulebooks for $10 each in a used bookstore in Vancouver. Actually in my experience you practically trip over copies of Mentzer, any time you hit a game store with old stock or a used bookstore with any sort of rpg section.

If you're in the US any time soon and can track down Half-Price Books, they're usually good for old rpg material.

I appreciate the4 advice. I may check out some used bookstores here.

The Sentry Box, which is the largest FLGS in Calgary, has used D&D stuff.

I have been watching their retro-shelves, nothing yet.
